Meeting Point

Schedule your arrival at no later than 2:00 p.m. on Day 1. After landing, we recommend you take an Uber, Lyft, or a traditional yellow cab for a convenient transfer to the Hotel Beacon, located on Manhattan’s charming Upper West Side.

Ending Point

Schedule your flight home any time after 10:30 a.m. on Day 5. This allows you time to enjoy breakfast before you leave. You may depart earlier, but you may not be able to take part in breakfast.

The rooms are spacious by New York standards and offer views of the surrounding neighborhood. The Hotel Beacon sits directly across from the historic Beacon Theatre, and is within easy walking distance of Central Park, Lincoln Center, and the scenic paths of Riverside Park. The 72nd Street subway station is nearby, making it easy to go anywhere in NYC quickly.

Meals & Beverages: We include most meals during the tour. However, there may be occasions when lunch or dinner is not provided, allowing you the opportunity to explore local restaurants. Your Tour Director will be available to point you in the right direction and give you suggestions of places to eat during free time.

Day 1 – Wednesday, December 9, 2026: Welcome to New York City & Pizza Making Class

Overnight at Hotel Beacon | Dinner Included

Schedule your flight to land by 2:00 p.m. on Day 1 at one of the surrounding New York City Airports. Either LaGuardia (LGA), JFK, or Newark Liberty (EWR) Airports.

After landing, you may take an Uber, Lyft, or a traditional yellow cab for a convenient transfer to the Hotel Beacon, located on Manhattan’s charming Upper West Side.

Once you’ve settled in, make your way to the Hotel Beacon lobby by 5:15 p.m., where you will meet your Tour Director and the rest of the group. From there, we’ll board our private coach for an evening outing that begins with a hands-on pizza-making class—a delicious introduction to our New York adventure. We will learn all about the history of NYC famous pizza style while rolling, topping and baking your own pizza.

Day 2 – Thursday, December 10, 2026: Radio City Christmas Spectacular & Behind the Scenes Tour

Overnight at Hotel Beacon | Breakfast Included

After a delicious breakfast at our hotel, we’ll set off for Radio City Music Hall for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour. You’ll learn how the legendary Christmas Spectacular comes to life—from the elaborate staging and dazzling costumes to the choreography that has made the show a holiday tradition for generations. If we’re lucky, we may even have the chance to meet one of the world-famous Rockettes and snap a photo with her.

When our tour wraps up, we’ll step outside into the heart of Midtown Manhattan, where you’ll have time to grab some lunch on your own, see the towering Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, the ice-skating rink and the festive window displays that surround the plaza. This afternoon, we’ll return to Radio City to experience the spectacular performance itself—the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes. As the performance ends, dusk will be settling in, and the Rockefeller Christmas Tree will be glowing brilliantly against the evening sky—an unforgettable sight. Tonight, enjoy free time to dine wherever you wish and stroll through the city to see holiday lights.

Day 3 – Friday, December 11, 2026: Hot Cocoa Cruise, Statue of Liberty, Chelseas Market & Highline Food Tour

Overnight at Hotel Beacon | Breakfast & Lunch Included After breakfast this morning, we’ll step aboard a cozy, holiday-themed yacht and set sail along the Hudson River and New York Harbor. Festive décor, warm interiors, and stunning city views create the perfect backdrop as we glide past Manhattan’s skyline. While sipping hot cocoa, we’ll enjoy an up-close look at the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and many of New York’s most iconic landmarks—an unforgettable way to experience the city from the water. Once we return to shore, we’ll make our way to the renowned Chelsea Market, where we’ll enjoy a guided food and history walking lunch tour. Housed in the former Nabisco factor the birthplace of the beloved Oreo cookie, this vibrant marketplace is now a haven for food lovers. As we wander through its bustling halls, you’ll sample a delicious array of bites from some of our favorite vendors. After exploring the market, we’ll step outside and head up to the High Line. This is a beautifully preserved elevated railway turned urban park. Tonight, you’ll have free time to enjoy dinner wherever you choose or perhaps take in a Broadway performance or The Nutcracker on your own. Afternoon/Evening Optional Add-On:

Under the guidance of expert bakers, you’ll roll, shape, boil, and bake your very own batch—mastering the classic techniques that give New York bagels their signature chew and golden crust. Once they come out of the oven, you’ll enjoy your creation topped with rich, locally made cream cheese. And the best part? You’ll take home a few extra bagels to savor later. After our baking class, enjoy some free time to explore New York City at your own pace. You might stroll through nearby neighborhoods or Central Park, do some holiday shopping, or choose one of our optional activities, such as a horse-drawn carriage ride or pedicab tour through the scenic pathways of Central Park—both perfect ways to soak up the magic of the city. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the Bryant Park Winter Village, a charming outdoor holiday market filled with festive music and artisan vendors. You’ll have the chance to browse unique, handmade gifts from local makers—an ideal place to find special souvenirs and seasonal treats. Tonight, we’ll board the Staten Island Ferry, enjoying panoramic views of the skyline as we cross the harbor en route to our dinner destination, the famed Enoteca Maria. This remarkable restaurant is unlike any other—its kitchen is staffed by “Nonnas,” grandmothers from around the world, each cooking the traditional dishes of her homeland. The menu changes daily, depending on what each Nonna chooses to prepare, making every meal a heartfelt, home-cooked experience. Enoteca Maria was even featured in the Netflix film “Nonnas.” If you’re able, we recommend watching the movie before your trip to fully appreciate the heartwarming story behind this culinary gem.
