After our church visit, we enjoyed a progressive luncheon in Dubuque, featuring two wonderfully local settings. This remarkable site is one of Wisconsin’s oldest and largest pieces of folk art and combines religious devotion, mosaics, and handcrafted detail in a way that leaves a lasting impression.
