Lunch and Dinner Included 

This morning after being picked up at your chosen pick-up location we will stop for an included lunch at one of our favorite restaurants. This afternoon we will head through Indiana with a stop at a family run farm that grows blueberries and cranberries. Here you will learn all about how these fruits are grown, how the farm got started and of course get to taste the delicious berries in muffins or scones. Tonight, Welkom to Holland! We will enjoy a delicious dinner together at one of Holland’s unique restaurants.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included 

Start your day in Holland with a city tour with a Dutch-costumed guide who will board your motorcoach and show you Holland’s historic areas, city parks, Hope College, Tulip Lanes and Downtown Holland. Next experience a Dutch inspired lunch along with a Dutch Dance performance. The performance will feature the dancers wearing wooden shoes known as klompen. This afternoon we’ll visit the Tulip Immersion Garden where Dutch horticulturalist Ibo Gulsen artfully displays 65,000+ tulips in raised beds. Tulips of all varieties and colors are displayed to create an amazing photographic experience. Before dinner we’ll see many tulip-themed handmade quilts followed by a guided tour of Holland State Park located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We will walk the beach, see where Lake Macatawa empties into Lake Michigan and view Michigan’s most photographed lighthouse, Big Red. Tonight enjoy a delicious sit-down meal together.

This morning we will head to Grand Rapids and visit the amazing Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. We will enjoy a guided tram tour and lunch at this breathtaking 158-acre botanical garden and sculpture park. After the tram tour stroll through vibrant seasonal gardens, serene woodland paths and the stunning tropical conservatory (one of the largest in the country). Next, we’ll tour the Holland Bowl Mill. This family-owned workshop has been handcrafting beautiful wooden bowls for generations, using locally sourced hardwoods and time-honored techniques. During your visit, watch skilled artisans transform raw logs into stunning, one-of-a-kind bowls right before your eyes. Our last stop of the day will be at Neli’s Dutch Village. Step into the charm and color of the Netherlands at Nelis’ Dutch Village where old-world Dutch traditions come to life. Stroll along brick pathways lined with authentic-style buildings, vibrant tulip gardens and classic windmills as you’re transported to a storybook European setting. During your visit, enjoy engaging demonstrations that showcase traditional Dutch crafts—from wooden shoe carving to Delftware painting along with lively entertainment featuring folk dancing in full costume. Meet friendly farm animals, explore unique shops filled with imported treats and souvenirs and soak in the cheerful atmosphere that makes this village so special. Tonight, enjoy a delicious sit-down meal together.

After breakfast we will visit Windmill Island Gardens. See the 36-acre botanical park that has 140,000+ tulips and the only authentic, working Dutch windmill in the United States. This afternoon we’ll enjoy reserved seating on the streets of downtown Holland to watch the Gentex Kinderparade. The centerpiece of the beloved Tulip Time Festival, celebrating the region’s rich Dutch heritage with color, music, and community spirit. As you take your place along the parade route, you’ll be swept up in a joyful procession filled with traditional Dutch dancers, local children dressed in traditional Dutch costumes, marching bands, and beautifully decorated floats. This parade celebrates the community’s deep-rooted Dutch heritage and brings generations together in a joyful display of tradition and pride. Tonight, enjoy a delicious sit-down meal together.

Breakfast & Lunch Included

This morning after breakfast we will say good bye to Holland and start heading back home. We will make a stop at the Saugatuck sand dunes and hop on a Dune Buggy. Here you will experience the breathtaking views while on a thrilling Dune buggy ride. You will be hosted by a knowledgeable driver and guide who will share the history and ever-changing environment of these giant sand mountains. This afternoon we will head through Indiana with a stop at one of our favorite local restaurants for lunch. Relax and recharge on our return journey back home. Take this time to share stories from the day’s adventures and wrap up a memorable trip together.
