On our previous trip, we rolled up our sleeves for hands-on food experiences, visited Amish homes and cottage industries, learned about local traditions, traveled the countryside by buggy, enjoyed incredible home-cooked meals and met some wonderful people along the way. This is the kind of trip where the experiences — and the people you meet — become the stories you’re still talking about long after you get home.
